Trauma of any kind can create PTSD. I have a heart for Veterans, the warriors of our society. Understanding the common ground between Veterans and the rest of us and returning your sense of belonging. Recognizing triggers that are causing you to relive the past. I will guide you on how to diffuse the triggers and find the peace you desire.
